New Patio Light Installed

The Riverfront Lofts Condominium Association Board of Directors has installed a new patio light.

The light was purchased at the request of residents and we hope that everyone will enjoy this addition to our community space! The light is used just like the light in the storage area and is on a timer. Please be respectful of your neighbors when out on the patio by keeping noise to a minimum and not staying out too late.

Let us know what you think!

Also a reminder to please respect the furniture and take care of it so we may have it for many years to come. Some of the items have cushions which should be stored in the plastic bin just inside the patio. The patio damage has alos been repaired and the painting should be fixed soon.

The Board of Directors is planning a Second Annual Patio Party for all residents to gather and celebrate. News on that event will follow soon!

Capital Needs Assessment Completed

The Riverfront Lofts Condominium Association Board of Directors is pleased to announce the completion of a capital needs assessment. This will help us in the future to properly fund our replacement reserve to protect our association’s financial stability.

Press Release: Lincoln Street Road Work

Westbrook, ME

Residents and commuters should take note of a temporary road closure on Lincoln Street in Westbrook next week. Sewer and water main work will cause Lincoln Street to be down to one lane on 02-02-2010 during the daytime. On 02-03-2010 and 02-04-2010, the road will be closed from 08:30AM to 2:00PM. Any further needed work will be performed on Friday, 02-05-2010 if necessary, during the same time frame. These hours will allow school bus and commuter traffic to use the roadway. Traffic will be detoured via Pierce Street and Kennard Street. Flaggers will be present during any road work. Please contact Capt. Tom Roth at 854-0644 x406 with any questions.
