The light is used just like the light in the storage area and is on a timer. Please be respectful of your neighbors when out on the patio by keeping noise to a minimum and not staying out too late.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Let us know what you think!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also a reminder to please respect the furniture and take care of it so we may have it for many years to come. Some of the items have cushions which should be stored in the plastic bin just inside the patio. The patio damage has alos been repaired and the painting should be fixed soon.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The Board of Directors is planning a Second Annual Patio Party for all residents to gather and celebrate. News on that event will follow soon!</description>

These hours will allow school bus and commuter traffic to use the roadway.  Traffic will be detoured via Pierce Street and Kennard Street.  Flaggers will be present during any road work.  Please contact Capt.
